Emergency Relief Program (ERP)

View in Browser

The questions surrounding the ERP program have slowed somewhat over the past week, however; we know that some of our growers still have questions and are coming to you for answers. As all of you know, FSA is responsible for administering this program, so they are also responsible for answering growers' questions. Over the past couple of weeks, FSA has been working closely with RMA to provide answers to the many questions they have received from growers, agents and AIPs, and both RMA and FSA have committed to updating their Q&As on a weekly basis. The links to those Q&As are provided below. The Q&As are listed in chronological order on both sites and provide fairly detailed answers to the questions raised thus far.

Although growers are not obligated to provide FSA with their crop insurance loss information as a part of the ERP application process, many may want access to their 2020 and/or 2021 loss information. You can easily access your growers’ loss summaries under Policy Dashboard after logging in to Agent Services. You can access multiple growers’ loss summaries at once with the Claims Summary Listing. Growers also have access to their loss summaries under My Policy Summary on the home page of Policyholder Services
