Quick, Easy Online Premium Payments

Our new bill pay application can be accessed a variety of ways. Most policyholders, however, will begin with a physical billing statement in-hand. Our billing statements have been updated to include an online payments box inviting users to visit www.rainhail.com/billpay, where they can go to pay their bill online and also provides some key fields they’ll need to enter for us to identify and retrieve their information. Alternatively, a QR code will also be present in this section. Users opting to scan this with their mobile device will be taken to the same billing interface, but with their bill code, zip and amount due pre-filled.

    

Or you may log in to your Rain and Hail Policyholder Services account. Under My Policy Summary on the home page, select either 'By ACH' or 'By Check Image' from the “Premium Payment” drop-down.

    

By ACH

If you chose 'By ACH', policies associated to the account will be listed. Billing statuses of those policies are denoted by a stop sign (amount due), yield sign (amount due) or a green checkmark (no amount due). You can view bill details through the 'Billing Details' button. You can make a payment through the 'Make Payment / Setup Account' button.

    

By Check Image

If you chose 'By Check Image', policies associated to the account will be listed. You can view the due date as well as the amount due. Clicking 'Billing Details' will show you more information about your bill. You can select 'Make Payment', and type in the amount you would like to pay before uploading an image of your check. Click 'Authorize and Submit Payment' to submit your payment.
